Olafur Eliasson: La Naturalesa de les Coses / La Naturaleza de las Cosas / The Nature of Things

The Fundació Joan Miró and the Fundació Caixa Girona present “The nature of things”, an exhibition by artist Olafur Eliasson, winner of the first Joan Miró Award. This will be the first major showing of the artist’s work in Spain. His photographs, sculptures and large-scale installations elegantly recreate the landscape and atmosphere of Iceland, where his roots lie, and also explore visitors’ experience of interacting with his work. The fifty artworks in the exhibition exemplify his output from 1993 to the present day and include new works produced specifically for the Fundació Joan Miró.
