Ernesto Neto: MACRO/HALL

 The his first exhibition in an italian museum Neto will produce a brand new installation in the Macro Hall. Neto’s past sculptures, made from Lycra padded with an array of different materials, aim at convincing the public that art, on an ideal plane, is a meeting point. His works have been displayed in some of the most important international museums of contemporary art and in occasion of important exhibitions such as the XXIV Biennial de São Paulo (1988), the XI Sydney Biennial (1998), the Liverpool Biennial of Contemporary Art (2000 e 2002) and the Venice Biennial (2001 and 2003).
