Press release
Commissioned by the city of Amsterdam and the Rokin Fontein Fund, this is Manders’ first public project in Europe. Unveiled last September in Amsterdam’s Rokin Square, this large scale sculpture consists of a marble pedestal, and two bronze figures connected to each other. Between the roughly finished heads water flows downwards like a waterfall, creating an incredibly mesmerizing effect when viewed in person.
