These paintings document moments that held my attention last year. There is nothing stranger, more splendid or entertaining, than reality.
Yesterday was the darkest day so far. It was a day of tears. I cried all day. John Prine died, Bernie dropped out, I missed my friends, and felt extremely lonely. There were good moments too. Seeing Joni, biking in the sun, getting lost in Annie Dillard’s beautiful & simple prose.
